12-Week Foundation Programme

Tailored personal training

My tailored training plans are created with your goals and fitness level in mind, ensuring effective and enjoyable training sessions that work for YOUR body. If you choose 2-3 training sessions per week, you'll get multiple plans throughout your programme that get more challenging as you progress. This enables you to achieve maximum results and keeps things interesting.

Mobile and flexible sessions

All training sessions are completely mobile, offering great flexibility - we'll train wherever suits you, at a time that works with your schedule. I'll bring all the necessary gear; you just need to bring yourself, a drink bottle, and a positive mindset!

Smart goal setting

Every 12-Week Foundation Programme begins with a thorough goal setting session where we sit down and define short, mid and long-term goals that will become milestones you'll want to give your all to achieve. We'll make sure your goals are the perfect mix of challenging and realistic with the short term goals being a bit easier than the long-term ones.

Balanced and enjoyable meals

You'll receive 1-3 tailored food plans during your programme that are designed to fit your goals, dietary needs, preferences, and budget. Expect simple, delicious meals that cater to the whole family without compromising on nutrition or breaking the bank.

Tip: Training 2-3x per week is an optimal frequency to solidify a healthy routine, stay motivated and achieve the best physical results while providing adequate recovery time.

I consider your health and fitness goals, likes, dislikes, dietary requirements, and lifestyle to create a balanced and sustainable plan that you’ll actually enjoy sticking to. Whether you need to stick to a budget, accommodate family members, or simply want to keep enjoying your favorite dishes and treats, we've got you covered. My plans cater to these factors to ensure you can achieve your goals without your diet becoming restrictive, inconvenient and boring. I believe a healthy diet really is all about balance and being mindful of what you’re putting into your body. Mindset Fitness tailored food plans reflect this ethos.

Tailored exercise plans

My exercise plans are tailored to your goals and current fitness level, ensuring you can safely and effectively achieve the results you want. Whether you prefer working out at the gym, training with your own equipment at home, or enjoy running as a form of exercise, I'll create a plan that aligns with your preferences. If you have a health condition or injury, no worries – I can create a plan that allows you to get fit and healthy without putting yourself at risk. My exercise plans are easy to follow and include video demonstrations of most exercises. Just grab a water bottle and you'll be ready to go!
